If you’re looking for full-time or contract staff, please contact us, and we’ll be more than happy to discuss the positions you require filling and to run through our strategy; this will help to make sure you get to choose from the best candidates for the role. It really is as simple as that.
Shortlist
Once you’ve become our client, we’ll advertise the role, accept applications, shortlist the most suitable candidates for your perusal and book the interviews. It’s up to you whether you prefer to have an initial online interview with your agreed shortlisted candidates and then progress to face-to-face for the top candidates, or just go straight to in-person interviews.
Offer
Once you’ve made your final decision, we’ll put forward your offer to your chosen candidate and also inform the other unsuccessful candidates. (That’s the worst bit!) We’ll then get all the details sewn up and passed on to you, including their agreed start date.
